Compatibility
Which phones can tap a tag?
No battery, no app and no subscription are needed to read a tag. If a phone can't tap, the printed QR code on every product still works.
iPhone XR / XS and newer
Read tags in the background with the screen on and unlocked — just hold the top of the phone near the tag.
iPhone 7 to X
Work too, but need the NFC reader added to Control Centre, then tapped before scanning.
Most Android phones
Anything from roughly 2015 onward reads tags with NFC switched on in settings.
Tap distance and surface matter — metal and thick cases can reduce range. Metal products ship with an anti-metal layer so the tag still reads.

No. Tapping the tag opens their phone's browser straight to your review page. There's nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Every product has a printed QR code as a fallback. If a phone has NFC switched off or doesn't support it, the customer can scan the QR code instead.
Your Google review link or Google Business Profile works well. If you're not sure how to find it, send us your business name and we'll help you locate it.
Yes. Cards, stands and stickers can be printed with your logo and design. Exact print options depend on the product.
We confirm the link with you before anything is encoded. An order is never written to the tags until the destination has been checked.
